• Payment information (processed securely through Stripe - we do not store credit card details)
• Discord username (if you link your Discord account)

1.2 Hardware Identification

For license verification, we generate a unique hardware identifier (HWID) based on:

• CPU serial number
• Motherboard serial number

Important: This information is hashed (encrypted) before being transmitted. We only store the anonymized hash, NOT your raw hardware details. This hash cannot be reversed to identify your specific hardware.

1.3 Usage Data

We may collect usage data to improve our software and provide services:

• Mod version and Minecraft version
• Error logs and crash reports (to identify and fix bugs)
• Feature usage statistics (anonymous, aggregated)
• Session information (start/end times, duration)
• Script execution metrics (which scripts run, performance data)
• In-game chat logs (to improve AI features)
• Personal gameplay recordings (to improve staff responses/detection)

We do NOT collect or store: Minecraft account credentials or specific server IP addresses. If you opt into premium AI features, limited in-game context may be processed in real-time to provide responses but is not stored.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Verify and manage your license
• Prevent unauthorized sharing or piracy of licenses
• Provide customer support
• Send important updates about the software
• Improve the software based on usage patterns
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

3. AI Features (Premium)

If you use our premium AI features (such as AI chat responses):

• Chat prompts may be sent to third-party AI providers (OpenRouter, OpenAI)
• We do NOT store conversation history on our servers
• AI interactions are processed in real-time and not logged
• Third-party AI providers have their own privacy policies

4. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Payment Processors: Stripe processes payments and has access to payment information necessary to complete transactions
• AI Providers: OpenRouter/OpenAI receive prompts if you use AI features
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS
• Hardware IDs are hashed before storage
• Database access is restricted and logged
• Regular security audits and updates

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes.
